I teach teams how to train their nervous systems to perform under pressure. As a 9x national freediving champion with over 15 years training thousands in nervous system regulation, resilience, and high-pressure performance, I lead live training sessions where people practice real techniques and leave with tools they can use when it matters most.

What Sets Me Apart
I’m Marcela, a certified wellness and resilience coach who holds nine national freediving records.
Freediving is one of the most extreme sports on the planet. I’ve dived to 226 feet on a single breath, held my breath for over five minutes, and competed in 3 Freediving World Championships. The sport depends on perfect nervous system regulation. At depth, with no air, your body and mind must stay completely calm. That’s trained physiological control.
For over 15 years, I’ve worked with thousands across five continents and diverse industries, training them in the same nervous system regulation that keeps me alive underwater.
My absolute passion is connecting people to their nervous systems. The comment I hear most after sessions is: “I had no idea how much I needed this.” That’s what drives me.
